Belif is a Korean brand that has been on my radar since they launched at Sephora last year. I enjoyed the Aqua Bomb Moisturizer (review here), so I was thrilled to have the chance to try this very interesting scrub!
Formulated without synthetic ingredients, this gentle scrub feels almost creamy to the touch. The exfoliating particles are quite fine, but it has been pretty effective on my skin.
I wasn't sure what to think of it initially, since it was not at all what I expected for a product with "scrub" in the name. I wasn't sure if it was really exfoliating, but I found that my skin was smoother when I used this. The instructions say to massage onto dry skin and rinse with warm water, which I recommend to maximize exfoliation because otherwise it feels more like cleanser than exfoliant. After these recent discoveries, I have really been enjoying this scrub!
All in all, I've been enjoying this subtle exfoliant for fall and winter. I think it is a unique product, and perhaps just as gentle and effective as the Tatcha Enzyme Rice Powders with less effort required and at a friendlier price point.
