Ever since Surratt Beauty launched at Sephora, I've been interested in the range. I fell in love with the eyeshadows and Smoky Eye Batons last fall, so when Prismatique Eyes launched at the beginning of the year, I ordered one almost immediately!
I ordered the shade Scandal Eyes, which is described by Sephora as a "deep black cream with sparkly bewitching black duochrome." I love the concept of a creamy eyeshadow/liner (it is SO creamy and SO black!) with a little duochrome shadow to top it off, but this just didn't quite work on my lids. After about 4 hours, the cream just gets creasy on me, even with an eyeshadow primer. Too bad, as the shades are pretty!
I couldn't quite capture the pretty effect of the eyeshadow here, but the duochrome shadow definitely gives a pretty tint to the matte black cream. It looks taupe-y on its own in the swatches above, but on my eyes it has a bit of an olive look to it. (I do apply it in an upcoming video, so stay tuned!)
I'd love the eyeshadow by itself, but sadly the liner/eyeshadow was a bit of a dud for me. If you have oily lids or a troublesome crease/lid/etc, I would stay away. However, if you don't usually have issues with creasing and have good luck with longevity in shadows in general, this would be a great product for you.
Have you tried this or any other product from Surratt? How did they work out for you? I'd love to know!

Thereβs something about winter that makes me desperate for a bath. Enter these bath oils from Kneipp. I bought a set of them from Cult Beauty 2-3 years ago and Iβve been hooked on them ever since!
