I don't know about you, but when the weather gets cooler and the air gets dryer, my hands dry out and look pretty gross! Needless to say, hand creams are my friend. This year, I've been testing out a nice selection of hand creams, and tend to have 2-3 options in my bag at any given time!
Grown Alchemist Vanilla & Orange Peel Hand Cream
Grown Alchemist is one of those brands that I want to try more of, so I was excited to get this hand cream with a purchase a while back. (Maybe a Cult Beauty Goody Bag?) I wasn't sure how I would like the scent, which is why I didn't use it for a long time, but it really does smell like vanilla and orange and it actually smells good! No complaints on the formula either, this cream has a good level of hydration and isn't greasy or anything.
Jurlique Rose Hand Cream*
I just love the limited edition packaging on this rose hand cream, and I love that it smells like roses! This cream is very hydrating but also absorbs quickly. I will note that the rose scent is very strong, and while I enjoy the scent, I am very cautious not to overdo it or bother people with it!
Nuxe Reve de Miel Hand Cream*
I enjoy the Reve de Miel Lip Balm so I was excited to give this one a try. It has a floral sort of scent with hints of honey. (I always wish honey products smelled more like honey and less floral, haha!) It is not particularly greasy, but I do feel like it leaves a bit of residue on my hands. It does feel hydrating, so I don't mind using it, and the scent is mild and doesn't linger.
African Botanics Marula Botanical Hand Cream*
This is my favorite hand cream of late because it is the most effective on my icky hands. It is hydrating and it really seems to smooth out the lines and clear up the dry/scaly bits! This one has an herbal scent that I don't mind, (think along the lines of Aesop scents) though the scent may be unusual for some people. Also, don't you love the clean packaging?
What hand creams are you using lately? Have you tried any of these? I'd love to know!
