It has been ages since I last posted about my favorites, so I thought I'd sum up some of my highlights from the last few months. While there have been products I discovered, love, and use frequently, these are the few that really surprised or impressed me.

Dove Refresh & Care Volume Dry Shampoo*, $5
I received this dry shampoo some time in the summer, and was happily surprised by how well it worked for me. It has a fruity scent, which I like much better than some of the other inexpensive dry shampoo options, and does not leave any residue on my hair. It seems to absorb oil well, and unlike with other dry shampoos I've tried, I have no complaints about my hair at the end of day two. For $5, I'd say it is worth a try if you're in the market for dry shampoo.
Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder, $44
I've talked about this powder a few times before (here and here), but seriously - I think this is the contour powder to have. I've been using it non-stop, and I don't even think about buying other contour powders...
Ellis Faas Skin Veil Foundation, $90
I'm both ecstatic and horrified by how much I love this foundation. Yes, it is $90 (I purchased it with a nicely discounted gift card purchased through Gilt City!) but it is my favorite "looks like my skin but so much better" foundation. Seriously, the light to medium coverage it offers is impressive, and it never looks like makeup even on my dry skin. *LOVE*
Kiehl's Deep Micro Exfoliating Scalp Treatment, $20
If you have an itchy scalp, you need to try this. I tried a sample of it in early summer when my scalp was making me crazy with how itchy it felt, and I seriously ran out to buy this as soon as possible. This minty fresh scrub clears out any scalp buildup AND makes my scalp feel normal!
Aesop Ginger Flight Therapy, $31
I can't seem to get enough of Aesop this year. I am so in love with the hand cream, I really enjoyed the Parsley Seed Masque earlier this year, and there are a few sample packets I've tried that have landed on the top of my wishlist... At any rate, the Ginger Flight Therapy was an early September purchase that I carry with me everywhere. It's the perfect anti-nausea, motion sickness solution. Plus, the scent just comforts me!
Kevyn Aucoin Eyelash Curler, $21
I never realized eyelash curlers could be that different, but as a girl who never could quite use a conventional lash curler properly, this is a miracle. It fits my eye perfectly, and I can actually curl my lashes!! (Thanks for the recommendation Gummy!) If your lashes are difficult to curl, or you have Asian eyes that don't quite fit other curlers, you should definitely give this one a try!
Have you tried any of these products? What products have you been loving lately? I'd love to know!
