This year, I eagerly awaited the release of the Charlotte Tilbury range in the US. After swatching some of the range at The Makeup Show in June, I carefully contemplated what I would buy first! So, this review is quite a bit late, since I bought these items in late August/early September when the line was first available...! :)
Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon in Dark Pearl
I always love a good shadow crayon, and I was particularly excited by the taupe-y bronze Dark Pearl. Intended for brown eyes, this particular shade is gorgeous on. The formula is very smooth and creamy, and this particular shade has a gorgeous shimmer to it. Sadly for me, the shimmer in this migrates onto my lashes with or without primer. Given that the By Terry Ombre Blackstar also does this to me, and I've never heard of it happening to someone else, I think it is an ingredient that doesn't work for me. As a result, I returned this one. And am still sad about it. :(
Charlotte Tilbury Rock 'N' Kohl in Verushka Mink
This liner is a lovely deep brown/black shade, and I see why it has been so popular since its release. Not only is it the perfect everyday shade, but it glides on smoothly, and lasts all day on me. Yay! I have to say that the Rock 'N' Kohl may have just made it into my favorite pencil liners alongside the Armani Waterproof Smooth Silk and Nars Larger Than Life!
Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in The Glamour Muse
Let me just say how hard it was to pick just one palette to buy from her range. I'm still eyeing a few others, but am really liking this one so far. The first two shades (Prime and Enhance) are perfect blended together for just a bit of color on the lid. "No Makeup" makeup, if you will. The purple is gorgeous, and not too shimmery, and I just love that taupe! I haven't been able to recreate Charlotte's look per her video, but I will eventually figure out a variation for Asian eyes. I'm surprised by how wearable this palette is, and have been wearing the neutral shades almost every day I've worn makeup lately!

All in all, I'm a bit obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury so far. I kind of want everything from the range! Have you tried anything from Charlotte Tilbury yet? What are your favorites and must haves? I'd love to know!
