Project Make-a-Dent Update

At the beginning of the year, I committed to making a dent in a handful of products that I had selected. (See the original post here.) I had high hopes for myself, and I have to say that like Gummy, I really haven't made a dent at all!

Seriously, I didn't even bother opening the lipsticks to show you, because I know for a fact that I did not use the Revlon or Lancome lipsticks. I also gave away the Sephora Concealer Palette and Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner, thinking my friend could make use of them much better than I before they reach their expiration date. I still haven't used the Estee Lauder eyeshadow, though I suppose I'll hang onto it and keep trying.

Fortunately, I did use my Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation all spring, and I still totally love that. I probably used the Fresh Sugar Coral lip balm like... 3 times. And actually, I kind of like it now. Not the best for real lip repair, but the color is pretty and it isn't bad when my lips are feeling a bit dry.

Aside from the foundation which I know I love and will use every winter forever and ever, I am going to keep trying to use the products I have left. Eventually, I'll get somewhere with them, right?

Are you participating in #ProjectMakeADent? How has your progress been? :)

June Makeup Bag

Is it just me, or has this week just been exhausting? Anyway, I've put together my June makeup bag with products I want to use this month!

Here's my June makeup bag. I'd love to know what products you're using this month! :) BLOG - bronzerbunny.com TWITTER - twitter.com/bronzerbunny INSTAGRAM - instagram.com/bronzerbunny DISCLAIMER: Products marked with an * were provided for review. All other products mentioned were purchased by me or given as gifts by friends and family.

I'd love to know what's in your makeup bag for June and what looks are inspiring you lately! :)

The List ☆ June

Inspired by Sara's lists over at The Minimalista, I thought I'd start my own. So here's a peek at what's on my mind this month!

1. June is Sample Month! Yes, it is that time again to use as many samples as possible! Follow along on Instagram (#JuneSampleMonth) to see what samples I use daily, and check back at the end of the month for a sample empties! (Oh, and do join in if you have a lot of samples to use up too!)

2. Lululemon. Now i don't know about you, but I've been sort of obsessed with a pullover I spotted (and can no longer find!) and some of their cute tank tops. And I really want to try their leggings. Anyone want to get me some Lululemon for my birthday? LOL!

3. Clean! I'm slowly purging my makeup collection and as it turns out, my closet. So, keep it up and sell/donate as much as possible!

4. This month, I plan to catch up on my beauty reads, online and otherwise. I have several months of magazines to read, not to mention a few exciting beauty books! (No More Dirty Looks, Clear Skin Detox Diet, Toss the Gloss, Jemma Kidd Makeup Secrets)

5. At the top of my beauty wishlist are some of the new releases from Armani's summer collection and Hakuhodo. And some Charlotte Tilbury - but gosh, I don't even know where to start!

What's on your to do list this month? I'd love to know!

Link Love ♡ May

I'm so behind on my blog reading, but I thought I'd share the posts I've been loving this month.

First up, No More Dirty Looks announced the details for A Night for Green Beauty, taking place in LA in August.  But more exciting for me is the ANGB x Goodebox, containing 5 full size products from stellar natural brands and supporting the non-profit Baby2Baby. The first box came out today, but has sold out already. But, there are 4 more, so sign up to be notified for more boxes here!

One thing I always love about May is the Met Gala, and I was a fan of The Coveteur's behind the scenes look at makeup for the event. Featuring Joan Smalls, Charlotte Tilbury, and Caroline Trentini, I just couldn't take my eyes off of all those gorgeous products and Caroline's amazing dress!

I'm also obsessing over how Margaret put together this post over at Shine By Three. Not to mention that gorgeous hot pink Louis Vuitton!

Now I don't know about you, but I've been tempted by Chanel's Summer collection. Beauty Gypsy has a great comparison of Le Blush Creme de Chanel in Cheeky - apparently, it is quite close to Destiny. Who knew! I also loved her review on Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Bronzing Veil in Tropical Nights, which has now made it to the top of my shopping list!

Have you watched Andie's vanity tour? All I can say is WOW! <3

Last but not least, I quite enjoyed Sara's The May List post, and plan to make one of my own!

What have you been reading and loving this month? I'd love to know! :)
