This Week, 10/21

How are you guys doing this weekend? I feel like I've had such a busy week/month and I've been so bad about keeping up with posts... On Monday, I got my haircut! Some of you may have seen this photo on Instagram or Twitter, but I figured I'll share it with you here! Also, I never wear my glasses (no contacts either) so I'm trying to wear them more often!

Favorite of the Week: Burberry eyeshadows!! Posts coming soon. Beauty Purchases: Ordered a few items from Sephora, including a great Becca value set that I'm so excited to try! Limited Buy Status: I almost fell for another Burberry GWP, but I decided to wait until new collections come out to make my next Burberry purchase. I can't wait for the actual Sephora VIB sale, because I have some store credit and a few items on my list. And I kind of want to visit the beauty section at Target today...hmm!

Today is a blog day for me - lots to catch up on! I'd love to hear what you've been up to, what you're loving or buying, and all that fun stuff! :)

This Week, 9/30

I seriously can't believe how quickly time is flying by! Like, seriously, OCTOBER!?!! Also, have you seen this new DIOR 500-pt perk from Sephora?? I just got the email today, but can't decide if I want to get this one or keep holding out! I spent the last week getting acclimated to work again now that I'm home, and boy have I been tired this week! Bummer, cause I would have loved to have chatted with you guys about beauty and played with my new goodies! :)

I also managed a small blog photo session, so I think I'll have a few posts soon, but I (accidentally) fell into a White Collar & Ryder Cup marathon...

Anyway! Expect some posts soon! I also hope to figure out a new video setup and show you my bronzer collection and the Make Up For Ever 12 Flash Color Case in action. :)

Don't forget to check out the blog sale as well - I don't want to see all these lovely things just sitting there!

This Week & Lush Sneak Peek!

This week has been a big week of organizing, unpacking, and cleaning up, which in my world also means quite a lot of lazing about in between. (Haha!) I've discovered that I have more clothes than any reasonable person should... and hardly any storage space left. So, you guys, don't let me buy any clothes!! (Or makeup... haha!)

In case you missed it, I posted a blog sale midweek. I hope you will check it out and find a new home for these things. I can't ever hope to finish anything that I own!

Favorite of the Week:  I've been playing around with an everyday look I figured out a few weekends ago. Now I'm just trying to do it faster! Will have a post  up about the look tomorrow so you can see it and tell me what you think! :)

Limited Buy Status: As you know, I totally blew my limited buy with some Burberry... but aside from a nail file and base coat for not too much money, I haven't bought anything since. Phew!

I was also excited to come home to some products that Lush sent me! Have you tried any of these products? I'd love to hear! Anywho, I'd love to hear how your week/weekend is going, what your favorites are and what you've been buying! :)

This Week & Burberry Sneak Peek!

Hope you all had a good week! I am going home this weekend, so the past few days have been really busy finishing up a project, going out with coworkers, and passing out REALLY early. (Please don't make fun of me. Haha. I've seriously been SO tired!) While it will be nice to go home and see my family and reunite with my beauty stash and all of that, it really is sort of bittersweet! My emotions have been some combination of anxious and sad all week, lol! I've had a great time in California the past 4 months, and I hope I will be back again soon!

Favorite of the Week: I've discovered that MAC Charcoal Brown eyeshadow actually makes a pretty natural cheek contour for me... I'm not sure why it took me until a month or two ago to think that this might be similar in color to the sculpting powder from Kevyn Aucoin, or why it took me even longer to try it after I had this thought! Lol.

Limited Buy Status: Those of you who follow me on Twitter may have seen that I pre-saled some Burberry from Nordstrom... Actually I talked about it incessantly everywhere so I'm sure you know about it! ;) Anyway, here's a quick preview! As you can probably guess, the whole limited buy thing is kind of blown for this month!

The blog may be a bit quiet the next few days as I travel, unpack and get situated, BUT I hope to have my blog sale up before next weekend. Ideally, Wednesday, but we'll see how the week goes! :)
