This month really snuck up on me, but thankfully I kept a list of products that I really loved. There were a few that I wanted to add to the list, but I haven't used them enough yet to really put them in my monthly favorites! So here's a very condensed look at my 4 favorites for April. February 2013 Favorites
I can't believe February is over already! Crazy. I always find it so difficult to pick favorites. Do I picked products I used the most? Products I was most excited about? Often, they are not the same. So yeah, this is an impossible task. This time around, I luckily have a few products I love to add to last month's selections. I still love all the products in last month's post and use them frequently as you might have seen from my weekly makeup bag posts, but in the interest of not boring you, here goes...
I picked up Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation during the Barney's beauty event mid-month, and boy am I glad I did. I'm also quite liking filling in my brows with Clinique Superfine Liner for Brows in Soft Brown - a natural shade that seems to be just about fool proof. (And now I've somehow misplaced it so it is not in the picture...) And last but not least, Lush Happy Hippy* is making my shower quite enjoyable in the mornings.

January 2013 Favorites
I've been pretty inconsistent when it comes to posting monthly favorites, but I have decided that 2013 is the year! I'm sorry that the January favorites are so late, but better late than never, right? :) I hope to do more favorites videos (and more videos in general), but the setup is really my biggest obstacle. Anyway, here goes! Those of you who pay attention to my endless ramblings will probably already know some of these favorites. La Mer Lip Balm is something that I can't bear to live without, and my poor little pot is dented and scratched to no end. I can't get enough of Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer, as I'm sure you have all noticed by now, and Fresh Umbrian Clay Concealer has really helped minimize redness and cover up some of those pesky blemishes I've been getting. While it isn't a full coverage concealer, I'm quite happy with the coverage it provides and the natural finish - as you know, I'm a gal that prefers as natural of a base as possible. ... and I seem to have forgotten about Chanel Notorious, which I somehow managed to find at Neiman Marcus in early January.
In the skincare department, I really enjoyed my newly acquired Origins Clear Improvement Maskas a spot treatment. And who can resist hot pink, much less Burberry Lip Glow in Pink Sweet Pea? That definitely made it into my bag as soon as I saw it, and it is just a gorgeous, gorgeous shade. I couldn't get enough of my epic lashes with Diorshow Maximizer and Fairydrops Scandal Queen... and I've forgotten to include Diptyque Eau Rose, a very elegant pure rose fragrance that I will never be tired of!
